●該当便ご予約を取消される場合
インターネット予約サービス にて受付可能です。
・クレジットカードで精算済の場合
精算済みの金額を精算時に使用されたクレジットカード口座へ全額ご返金いたします。
（払戻手数料は発生いたしません。）
・コンビニ支払い/銀行ATM支払いで精算済の場合
精算済みの金額をご指定の口座へ全額ご返金いたします。
口座情報は、インターネット予約サービス 内にてご指定ください。

●乗船日を変更される場合
①インターネット予約サービス にて、該当便の取消手続きをお願いいたします。
（払戻手数料は発生いたしません。）
取消手続きに関しましては、上記 ●取消される場合 をご参考ください。
②取消手続きが完了しましたら、インターネット予約サービス にて
ご希望の乗船日にて、通常通りご予約の取り直しをお願いいたします。

Canceled ships
・ April 13th (Wed) Depart from Yokosuka at 23:45 → Arrive at Shinmoji
・ April 14th (Thu) Depart from Shinmoji at 23:55 → Arrive at Yokosuka
- If you wish to cancel your reservation
Please cancel through the Internet reservation service.
・ In case that you have already settled with a credit card
We will refund the full amount of the settled amount to the credit card account used at the time of settlement.
(No refund fee will be charged.)
・ In case that you have already settled by convenience store payment / bank ATM payment
We will refund the full amount of the settled amount to your specified account.
Please specify the account information in the Internet reservation service.
(No refund fee will be charged.) - If you wish to change the boarding date
①Please use the Internet reservation service to cancel the ship you have already reserved. (No refund fee will be charged.)
Please refer to ●If you wish to cancel your reservation (above) for the cancellation procedure.
② After you complete the cancellation procedure, please retake your reservation through the Internet reservation service.
